Who is responsible for your information

The data controller for this website is Wayne Robson, a sole trader trading as Robson AI Solutions in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email hello@robsonai.co.uk.

What we collect

If you email Robson AI Solutions, your message may include your name, contact details, organisation, role and any project or workflow context you choose to provide. The website does not use a contact form and analytics is currently inactive.

How and why we use it

Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to your message, keep an appropriate record of the conversation and protect the operation of the website and business. For ordinary enquiries and website security, the lawful basis is legitimate interests: the proportionate interests of communicating with people who contact the business and operating a secure professional website.

Where you ask for a quotation or another specific step before entering into a contract, or where information is needed to perform a contract with you, the lawful basis is contract. Where records must be kept to meet tax, accounting or other legal requirements, the lawful basis is legal obligation. Robson AI Solutions does not use website enquiries for an automated mailing list.

Optional analytics

Analytics is currently inactive because no Google Analytics Measurement ID is configured. The site does not ask for or store a prospective analytics choice while analytics is unavailable. If analytics is introduced later, this notice and the consent control will be updated before tracking is enabled.

Services used by this site

The website is hosted by Netlify, which may process basic request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The site uses self-hosted fonts, images, scripts and BuildScan demonstration assets. The optional interactive BuildScan model viewer uses locally hosted Three.js files and only loads the public demonstration model when you choose to open it.

Optional analytics is prepared for Google Analytics 4, but the current public site keeps the Measurement ID empty and sends no analytics data. If analytics is introduced later, any preference will be time-limited and stored locally in your browser.

Email links open your own email application. If you send an email, the message is handled by your chosen email provider and by Microsoft 365, which provides Robson AI Solutions email, for delivery and correspondence management.

Netlify and Microsoft may use approved subprocessors and may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, the providers' data-processing terms use applicable safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. You can request more information about the applicable safeguards by emailing hello@robsonai.co.uk.

How long we keep it

Ordinary enquiry correspondence that does not become a client or supplier record is normally kept for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted when it is no longer needed. Information connected with a contract, transaction, invoice or tax record is kept for the period required for business and tax records—normally at least five years after the relevant 31 January Self Assessment filing deadline—and longer only where an active legal claim, regulatory requirement or HMRC enquiry requires it.

Netlify controls the retention of its infrastructure and security logs under its service arrangements. Robson AI Solutions does not run a separate visitor access-log store or log drain. Analytics is inactive, so there is no analytics-data retention period on the current website.

Your choices

The privacy and analytics control confirms whether analytics is active. To request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry data, email hello@robsonai.co.uk.

Your information rights

Depending on the purpose, lawful basis and circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights are not all absolute.

Complaints and automated decisions

You can raise a concern by emailing hello@robsonai.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling about visitors. Building Analyst is in development and is not processing assessment data through this public website.
