If you email Robson AI Solutions, your message may include your name, contact details, company name, and project context. If you accept optional analytics, the site may also record limited usage data such as page sections viewed, navigation clicks, scroll depth, mailto clicks, and email-copy interactions.
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, reply, and decide whether there is a relevant next conversation. If you accept analytics, the site uses that limited data to understand which pages, sections, and contact paths are being used.
Analytics stays off unless you accept it. When a Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID is configured for this site, analytics requests will only begin after consent. If no measurement ID is configured, your consent choice is stored locally in your browser but no analytics data is sent.
Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation, assess fit, and keep a basic record of relevant business correspondence. Analytics retention is controlled within the analytics platform only when analytics has been enabled and consented to.
