This website is an email-first contact path. It does not use a contact form. Optional analytics can run only after you explicitly accept them, and no marketing cookies are used.
If you email Robson AI Solutions, your message may include your name, contact details, company name, and project context. If you accept optional analytics, the website can also record limited usage data such as page sections viewed, navigation clicks, scroll depth, mailto clicks, and email-copy interactions.
We use email enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, and decide whether there is a relevant next conversation. If you accept analytics, we use that limited website usage data to understand which sections and contact paths are being used. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Analytics stays off unless you accept it. When a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for this site, analytics requests will only begin after consent. If no measurement ID is configured, your consent choice is stored locally in your browser but no analytics data is sent.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the conversation, assess fit, and maintain a basic record of relevant business correspondence. Analytics retention is controlled within the analytics platform only when analytics has been enabled and consented to.
